Challenge
The constraint
Noordveld’s previous supplier failed the retailer’s wash-durability protocol on submission, pushing the launch date out by a season.
Approach
What we did
We selected performance knits for stretch recovery, built bonded and welded seams to a validated spec, and ran 100-wash testing in-house before bulk.
Result
What it delivered
The line passed the retailer’s durability protocol on first submission, unlocking the listing Noordveld had been missing.
