FAQ

Custom Uniforms β€” common questions

What is the minimum order for custom uniforms?+

Entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour for corporate and medical uniforms. School uniform programmes are costed at a higher minimum of 500 pieces per style, because colour repeat across many terms only holds at volume β€” tell us the size split and we will price each size.

How do you keep colour consistent on re-orders?+

Every dye lot is four-point inspected for shade before cutting, and the approved lab dip is archived under your style code. On a repeat order we run against that archived reference, which is what holds term-on-term consistency for school and hospitality programmes.

Can you handle a uniform programme across several departments?+

Yes. Tell us the style, department and size split and we will cost each line separately, so you can see where the budget actually sits instead of receiving one blended unit price.

Do you embroider logos in-house?+

Yes. Flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliquΓ© embroidery run on our own floor alongside the garment factory, so placement, tension and cure are controlled by one team.

What size ranges do you produce?+

We grade to your size chart. Send the size set and the measurement tolerances you need, and the pattern room drafts and grades against it.

How do you handle labelling for different markets?+

Care labels are produced to the standard your market requires β€” EU, UK, US and Gulf β€” and ship with the order.
