How we scale a style across sizes, the measurements we work to, and how to supply your own size set for production.
Grading
From one sealed sample to a full size run
Every style starts from a sealed reference garment. We grade outward from that master pattern using consistent increments, so a size S and a size XXL are the same garment — only scaled. Re-orders are cut against the saved grade rule, which is why fit stays consistent across seasons.
XS–3XL
Standard alphanumerics, graded in 2" body increments.
UK 6–22
Women’s numerical, graded per style.
US 2–20
Women’s numerical, graded per style.
EU 34–58
Continental numerical.

Measurements
What to send for a new style
- •Chest / bust (1" below armhole)
- •Waist (natural waist)
- •Hip (fullest point)
- •Sleeve length (shoulder to cuff)
- •Shoulder width (seam to seam)
- •Body length (HPS to hem)
- •Neck opening / collar
- •Inseam (for bottoms)
Supplied vs standard
If you have a tech pack with a graded measurement table, send it — we will cut to your numbers. If not, we will propose our standard set and confirm with a proto sample before bulk.

Sizing questions
Do you grade to my size set or yours?+
Either. We can grade to your supplied size chart from a tech pack, or to our standard size set if you prefer a ready-made specification.
What measurements do you need for a new style?+
At minimum: chest, waist, hip, sleeve/shoulder, body length and (for bottoms) inseam. A full graded spec is ideal so every size is locked to a reference.
Can fit drift between re-orders?+
We keep a sealed reference garment and grade rule per style, so re-orders match the approved fit across seasons.
Do you do children’s or plus sizes?+
We grade across the ranges above and can extend to children’s and extended plus sizes on request — share the target set and we will confirm feasibility.
