Our MOQ is 30 pieces per style per colour across every category — t-shirts, polos, hoodies, joggers, sportswear, streetwear, uniforms and woven apparel. Sizes inside a style share that minimum, so 30 pieces can be split XS–XXL. It is one of the lowest minimums offered by a full-service OEM clothing manufacturer, and it exists so you can validate a design commercially before committing capital to bulk.

Most garment factories quote high minimums because their lines are built purely for volume. We run a dedicated small-run cell alongside our bulk lines, so a 30-piece order is scheduled without disrupting container programmes. The per-unit price is naturally higher at 30 pieces than at 3,000, and the quotation shows you both so you can plan the step up.

A production specialist replies within one business day with technical questions, an indicative price band and a sampling plan. Tech packs are welcome but not required to begin.

Yes. A large share of our clients place their first apparel production order with us. We guide you through fabric selection, GSM choice, fit and grading, trims, labelling, packaging and shipping terms, and we flag decisions that commonly cost new brands money — such as over-ordering sizes or choosing a fabric that will not hold the print they want.

Both. Under OEM we build exactly to your tech pack, patterns and specification. Under ODM we develop the product for you — silhouette, fabric, construction and trims — from a brief, a mood board or a reference garment, and you brand the finished design. Many buyers combine the two: OEM for signature styles, ODM for supporting pieces.

White label means selecting an existing Eco Vira block, applying your branding and shipping quickly. Private label means we develop a garment exclusive to you — your pattern, your fabric, your fit — and produce it only for your brand. Both include your woven labels, care labels, hangtags and custom packaging.

Yes. Every account is handled by a named English-speaking merchandiser who manages sampling, costing, production updates and shipping documents. Communication runs by email, WhatsApp or scheduled video call, and we work across European, North American and Gulf time zones.

Proto and fit samples are produced in 5–10 working days for standard knitwear and woven apparel, and 7–12 working days for embellished, technical sportswear or fully developed ODM styles. Courier transit adds 3–5 days. Once you approve fit and finish we seal a reference garment that the bulk floor is required to match.

Either. A complete tech pack with measurement charts and construction notes is fastest. If you only have a sketch, a photograph or a garment you like, our pattern room reverse-engineers it, digitises the pattern and issues a spec sheet for your approval before bulk cutting begins.

Sample charges are quoted per style and reflect pattern making, fabric, trims and machine time. They are typically credited against the first bulk order for that style once it is confirmed. Fabric development or lab dips outside our stock library may carry a separate mill charge, which we always state upfront.

Yes, and we recommend it for any new fit. A size set is one garment per size produced from the graded pattern and measured against your chart. It catches grading errors before they are multiplied across a production run, which is far cheaper than reworking finished apparel.

Yes. The sealed pre-production sample, the graded pattern, the make-sheet, the trim card and the approved lab dips are archived under your style code. A re-order six or twelve months later is produced against the same file, which is why our repeat orders match the original in fit, shade and construction.

We can match construction, fabric weight, fit and finish of a reference garment, and we will advise where a like-for-like copy would infringe a protected design or trademark. Most buyers use a reference as a starting point and then change fit details, fabric or trims so the result is genuinely their own product.

Counted from approval of the sealed pre-production sample: 12–18 days for small runs up to 300 pieces, 18–25 days for t-shirts and polos in volume, 25–35 days for hoodies, joggers and fleece, 28–38 days for sportswear and uniform programmes, and 35–45 days for a complete private-label pack. Repeat orders typically ship 20–30% faster.

The three usual causes are custom-dyed or mill-woven fabric (add 10–15 days), complex embellishment such as multi-colour high-density printing or dense embroidery, and slow approvals on lab dips or strike-offs. We publish a dated production plan with your order confirmation so you can see exactly where each stage sits.

Yes, subject to capacity. Rush programmes use stock fabric, a pre-approved block and reserved line time, and can deliver small runs in 10–14 days ex-factory. Air freight or express courier then covers transit. Rush handling carries a surcharge that is agreed before we start, never applied afterwards.

Around 450,000 garments per month across 24 balanced production lines, with 1,200+ employees on a single-site garment factory campus. Capacity is deliberately reserved for both small-run and bulk clothing manufacturer work, so a 30-piece launch and a 50,000-piece programme can run in the same week.

Yes. Under CMT (cut-make-trim) you supply the fabric and trims and we cut, sew and finish. Under full package (FOB) we source fabric and trims, produce, inspect, pack and ship. Most brands choose full package because it removes the burden of coordinating mills and trim suppliers across time zones.

Bundle ticketing traces every garment to operator, machine, cutting lay and fabric roll. In-line checkpoints compare work in progress against the sealed reference at three stages, and shade bands are approved before cutting so all panels within a garment come from the same dye lot.

On-time despatch is 96% measured across the last twelve months. Where a delay is unavoidable — a mill shortfall or a late approval — we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised plan and options such as partial shipment or air freight on the balance.

Combed and carded cotton, organic cotton, cotton-elastane, French terry, fleece and loopback, single and double jersey, interlock, pique, rib, linen, modal, viscose, bamboo, recycled polyester, nylon, mesh, scuba, ripstop, twill, canvas, denim and softshell. Our textile manufacturer partners cover a GSM range from 120 to 480.

Yes. GOTS certified organic cotton and GRS certified recycled polyester and cotton are sourced through audited mills. Certified orders ship with transaction certificates and chain-of-custody files so your sustainability claim is documented rather than asserted.

Yes. We produce lab dips for fabric and Pantone-matched thread and ink for embroidery and printing. Lab dips take 5–8 days and must be approved in writing before bulk dyeing. Where an exact match is technically impossible on a given fibre, we tell you before you commit and show the closest achievable options.

Yes. We courier a swatch card of the fabrics under consideration with GSM, composition, finish and price band marked on each. Feeling the hand and weight is the single most useful step a buyer can take before approving apparel production.

Every roll is inspected on the four-point system for weaving, knitting and dyeing faults, then tested for shrinkage, colour fastness, GSM and width. Rolls that fail are rejected back to the mill before cutting, because fabric faults discovered after sewing are the most expensive defect in garment manufacturing.

Yes. Anti-pill fleece, moisture-wicking and quick-dry treatments, anti-bacterial finishes, water-repellent DWR, enzyme wash, peach finish and brushed backs are all available. We advise which finish survives the wash cycle your customer will actually use.

Screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff, high-density, silicone, discharge, water-based, foil, reflective, glitter and glow-in-the-dark. Screen printing suits volume with flat colour, DTG suits photographic detail at low quantity, sublimation suits full-coverage polyester sportswear, and DTF suits small multi-colour runs.

Flat embroidery, 3D puff, chenille, appliqué, patch, laser-cut, sequin, towel and metallic thread work on multi-head machines. Digitising is done in-house so stitch density, underlay and pull compensation are tuned to your specific fabric rather than applied from a generic file.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) with outlined fonts are ideal for printing. High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi at final print size is acceptable for DTG and DTF. For embroidery we accept DST or PES files, or we digitise from your artwork at no extra cost on confirmed orders.

We produce a strike-off on the actual production fabric, usually within 48 hours, and send photographs or a physical sample. Bulk begins only after your written approval. Ink cure temperature, embroidery tension and registration are logged per shift so unit one and unit ten thousand look the same.

Not when the technique matches the fabric. We test print adhesion with wash and rub-fastness checks before bulk, and our care labels state the wash conditions that protect the finish. Plastisol, water-based and silicone systems are each selected for the fabric and hand-feel you want, not for factory convenience.

Yes. Sublimated all-over prints are printed on panels before assembly so the design continues cleanly across seams, and cut-and-sew panelling, contrast piping, colour blocking and taped seams are standard capability on our sportswear and streetwear lines.

Yes. As a private label manufacturer we apply your woven or printed neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, brand cards, stickers and branded polybags. No Eco Vira marking appears on the product or the retail packaging. Your customer sees only your brand.

Yes. Patterns are digitised and graded on CAD, markers are nested for fabric yield, and a make-sheet is issued so the production floor follows the sealed reference exactly. We grade to your size chart or to standard EU, UK or US charts if you do not yet have one.

Yes, before we review confidential tech packs or designs. Your artwork, patterns and sealed samples are held under access control and are never shown to other clients, used in our marketing, or produced for anyone else.

Four stages: incoming fabric and trim inspection on the four-point system, in-line checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, end-of-line inspection of every garment, and final random AQL inspection of the packed lot. Needle detection and metal detection run on all children and workwear programmes.

AQL 2.5 at General Inspection Level II under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 is our default. AQL 1.5 is available for premium retail and luxury programmes, and AQL 4.0 for basic promotional apparel. The agreed level is written into the order confirmation and printed on the inspection report that ships with your goods.

Yes, and we encourage it. SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, QIMA and your own QA staff are welcome for during-production or pre-shipment inspection. We coordinate access, provide packed samples and hold shipment until the report is released.

Report the issue with photographs and quantities within 14 days of delivery. Verified manufacturing defects are remade or credited at our cost, and we run a root-cause review that names the stage and the corrective action. Our defect and claim rate has stayed below 1% of shipped units.

We ship worldwide, most commonly to the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available. FOB suits buyers with their own forwarder, while DDP delivers duty-paid to your door and is popular with brands without an import department.

Sea freight for bulk (20–35 days to Europe, 30–40 days to the US east coast), air freight for time-critical launches (5–8 days door to door), and express courier for samples and small orders (3–5 days). We plan carton dimensions to maximise container fill and reduce freight cost per garment.

Yes. Cartons are packed to your DC or FBA specification with the correct barcodes, carton labels, polybag suffocation warnings and packing lists. Advance shipping notices and carton content files are supplied so your warehouse can receive without re-handling.

Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, GSP Form A where applicable, fabric composition declarations and any certification transaction certificates are prepared and released with the shipment.

Standard terms are 30% advance to begin production and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading before release. Repeat clients with an established history can be reviewed for extended terms. Sample charges are settled before sampling begins.

Telegraphic transfer to our Pakistani corporate bank account, irrevocable confirmed letter of credit at sight for larger programmes, and card or online payment for sample charges and small first orders. All invoices are issued in USD, EUR or GBP as you prefer.

We quote a costed breakdown covering fabric, trims, embellishment, cut-make, packaging and freight so you can see what drives the price. Quotations are valid for 30 days, after which yarn and freight movement may require a refresh.

A production specialist reviews your brief and replies within one business day, usually with clarifying questions on fabric, GSM, fit and quantity. You then receive a costed quotation and a sampling plan, we produce and courier the sample, and on approval we issue the order confirmation with a dated production schedule.

Your merchandiser sends scheduled updates at fabric in-house, cutting, mid-line sewing, finishing and packing, with photographs or short videos at each stage. You can also request a live video walkthrough of your order on the floor at any point.

Yes. Re-orders are produced against the archived sealed sample and make-sheet, ship 20–30% faster than the original, and hold the same fit and shade window. For uniform and retail programmes we can hold fabric or finished stock and release against a rolling forecast.

Our garment factory operates under amfori BSCI audited conditions: no child or forced labour, verified age documentation, legal wages paid on time through banking channels, capped voluntary overtime, freedom of association and a grievance procedure. Unannounced client and third-party audits are welcome.
