Most clothing manufacturers ask for hundreds of units per style. We start at 30 pieces per style and colour so a new label can launch, or an established buyer can trial a fit, without financing stock that has not sold yet. Below is every product line with its minimum, sampling window, production window and shipping estimate. Count a 'style' as one design in one colour; sizes XS to XXL share the same minimum.
The simple version

The minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour, and every size in that style shares it. Sampling runs 5–12 working days depending on complexity, production begins once you approve the sealed sample, and re-orders ship 20–30% faster because the pattern, make-sheet and approved lab dips are already archived under your style code.

- Mixed sizes within a style (XS–XXL, for example) all count toward the same 30-piece minimum.
- Repeat orders typically ship 20–30% faster once your pattern and sample are approved and stored as your reference.
- Air freight is available for time-critical launches at a quoted premium.
- All lead times are working days, counted from approval of your sealed pre-production sample and receipt of any trims.
These are programme baselines for planning. Custom-dyed fabric, mill-woven cloth and heavy embellishment extend the window; stock fabric and pre-approved blocks shorten it.
