30 pieces per style per colour. German buyers planning a market entry often use this to test a capsule rather than a full season, which is exactly the size this minimum supports. Payment is a deposit with the balance against shipping documents.

How payment works
Orders run on a deposit against the bulk run, with the balance settled against original shipping documents. We will not change bank details by email alone — any change is confirmed by phone before you act on it, because that is the standard invoice-fraud pattern and a two-minute check prevents it.

From approved sample to carton
The same sequence on every order. What changes is the specification, and the timeline is quoted per style.

- 02Pattern graded across your European size range; pre-production sample made.
- 03Sample approved; fit, labelling and trims locked.
- 04Fabric sourced, or supplied cloth checked against the approved swatch.
- 05Cutting, sewing, decoration and in-line inspection.
- 06Final inspection, folding and packing to EU labelling requirements.
- 07Documentation issued for EU entry; goods dispatched.

EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
In force since December 2024. Requires an EU-established responsible economic operator for non-EU products, manufacturer and importer identification on the product, and traceability warnings on listings and offers.
REACH (EC No 1907/2006)
Restricted substances in textiles, particularly for articles in contact with skin. Supplier declarations and test reports needed per material.
EU Textile Fibre Regulation
Fibre composition and material safety labelling, in the language of the Member State of sale.
German packaging register (LUCID / VerpackG)
Packaging must be registered with system participation before it is placed on the German market. The obligation falls on the first placer on the market.

Answered directly. Where the answer is that something sits with you rather than with us, we say so.
Who is the EU Responsible Person for my product?
Since December 2024 the General Product Safety Regulation requires a named economic operator inside the EU for products sold there, and manufacturer and importer details must appear on the product. Eco Vira is a non-EU manufacturer, so the responsible person is legally the importer’s appointment, not ours. We build to the regulation and supply the technical documentation — REACH declarations, composition and test reports — the responsible person needs to lodge the file.
What is REACH and does it affect my order?
REACH governs chemicals used in textiles and their treatment. Certain restricted substances apply to articles that come into contact with skin. We supply the supplier declarations and test reports relevant to your fabric and finish so your file is complete.
Does textile labelling have to be in German?
EU textile labelling requires fibre content and care instructions in the language of the Member State where the product is sold — German for Germany. We apply your supplied wording exactly, so you control the translation.
How does extended producer responsibility affect us?
Packaging EPR is the importer’s or distributor’s registration obligation in each market, not the manufacturer’s. We supply accurate packaging composition data so your registration is defensible, and we pack to your EPR scheme’s requirements.
Is a supplier outside the EU a risk to my compliance file?
Legally the responsibility sits with the EU-established operator, not with us. What we control is the evidence: consistent production, test documentation matched to the delivered goods, and traceable records per lot. That is what makes the file work.
