- →Each style was developed with a tech pack, a first sample, a counter-sample if needed, and a pre-production sign-off before bulk.
- →The make-sheet from the first run became the bulk instruction, so the re-order was a controlled repeat, not a re-negotiation.
- →We documented every style with the HS code, composition, origin and landed cost so the brand could price each one correctly.
- →We ran in-line quality checks so defects were caught at source, not at the port.
