Company
We measure first. Everything else follows from that.
Eco Vira is an OEM, ODM and private label clothing manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan, built around one conviction: the garment that ships must match the one that was approved.
Origin
Founded on a sewing floor, not a sales floor.
In 2009 a small cut-and-sew unit in Lahore, Pakistan set out to solve the problem every brand complains about: the garment that ships rarely matches the one that was approved. The fix was not a better sales pitch — it was keeping pattern making, sampling, development and bulk apparel production on the same floor, against the same sealed reference.
Eco Vira grew by doing the unglamorous thing properly: sealing a reference garment at the end of development, then holding every production lot to it. The first consolidated line we ran held a 1:1 repeat across a four-month reorder — which at the time was unusual enough that the client stayed. Most of our growth since has come from clients who arrived with one style and stayed for a full range.
Seventeen years on, Eco Vira is a full-package OEM clothing manufacturer, ODM clothing manufacturer and private label manufacturer producing knitwear, woven garments, sportswear and embellished apparel for brands across Europe, the Gulf, North America and South Asia. The disciplines are identical at every scale: sample honestly, make to the reference, ship the reorder to match it.
Our mission is to give brands of any size access to the standard of apparel production normally reserved for large accounts — accurate costing, documented specifications, audited fabric sourcing and inspected output — starting at a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per style and colour. Our vision is to be the garment factory a buyer never needs to replace, because consistency, not price alone, is what keeps a supply chain stable.
Our manufacturing philosophy is that quality is a function of process control, not final inspection. A defect caught at the cutting table costs a fraction of one caught at the port and nothing compared to one caught by a customer. So we invest in pattern accuracy, incoming fabric testing, in-line checkpoints and trained operators rather than in re-work capacity.
What we commit to buyers is straightforward: honest lead times, written specifications, a named contact who understands your product, transparent costing that separates fabric, trim, labour and finishing, and an early warning if something is going to slip. Most of our capacity is booked by clients in their third season or beyond — long-term partnerships are the outcome we design the whole operation around.

Principles
Four things we will not trade away.
The sample is the promise
If the bulk does not match the sealed reference, that is our failure, not a tolerance. We build the make-sheet so repeat is repeat.
Honesty about MOQ
Our minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour, and we will still tell you when a quantity is too small to make economically or larger than your demand warrants. Buyers who are advised honestly at the quotation stage come back for the second order.
Documentation is the product
A sustainable or compliant garment is only as good as the file behind it. Chain of custody ships with the order.
On time is the spec
A garment delivered after the season is not the product that was ordered. Lead time is part of the brief we sign.
