Tell us the product type, quantity per style and colour, fabric or GSM preference, any printing or embroidery, your target delivery date and the destination country. Attach a tech pack, sketch or reference photograph if you have one — none of it is required to start, and everything you send is treated as confidential. Here is what happens next: a production specialist reviews your brief and replies within one business day, usually with a few technical questions and an indicative price band. You then receive a costed quotation and a sampling plan, we produce and courier your sample, and once you approve the sealed reference we issue an order confirmation with a dated production schedule. Progress photographs follow at cutting, mid-line and packing, and your goods ship with the inspection report and compliance documents inside the consignment.
