Who we are
Eco Vira Environmental Technologies ("Eco Vira", "we") operates eco-vira.com and is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Our registered office is Plot 42, Industrial Estate, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan.
Questions about this policy or about how we handle your data should go to [email protected] and will be answered by a named person, not a ticketing queue.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to operate the site.
- Enquiry and quote forms: your name, work email, company, telephone if provided, destination market, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date of subscription.
- Analytics: aggregated page view data, referrer and approximate country. This is only collected if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Server logs: IP address and user agent, retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request and, where a commercial relationship follows, to perform the resulting contract. The lawful basis is your consent for the initial enquiry and contractual necessity thereafter.
Newsletter data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent. Declining analytics cookies has no effect on your use of the site.
Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted after 24 months. Where a project proceeds, records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory retention period applicable to the contract.
Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for 26 months.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Data is shared only with processors necessary to operate the service: our email infrastructure provider, our website hosting provider, and our analytics provider where you have consented.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or an equivalent regime applies to you, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over TLS with a strict Content Security Policy. Form submissions are validated and rate limited. Access to enquiry data internally is restricted to staff who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Where a change affects the basis on which we process data you have already provided, we will contact you directly.
