Manufacturing service

Low MOQ Clothing Manufacturing

Low MOQ clothing manufacturing that lets new and growing brands launch a real, retailed collection without committing to container volumes. Entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour — enough to test a market, photograph a lookbook and fulfil first orders, far below the thousands of units a traditional factory requires. The process starts with sampling: we turn your tech pack or reference into a proto, agree a sealed reference, then run a small first production run from 30 pieces up. Graded patterns are archived and reused, so re-orders scale cleanly from 30 to hundreds or a full container while the garment stays matched to the approved sample. Fabric, trims and the bill of materials are managed for you, and the same in-line and final AQL inspection applies at every volume, so a 30-piece run is held to the same quality standard as a bulk order. Standard lead time from approved sample is 3–5 weeks. The MOQ applies per style and colour, so you can mix colours within a style to build a full range without over-committing on any single item.
