MOQ
Minimum order quantity
30 pieces per style per colour as a starting point. That is the number that makes a first run from Pakistan workable for a US brand — below it, setup cost per garment stops making sense for either side. Split sizes and extra colours raise the practical minimum, and we tell you where yours lands before you commit to anything. Payment is normally a deposit against the bulk run with the balance against shipping documents.

Orders run on a deposit against the bulk run, with the balance settled against original shipping documents. We will not change bank details by email alone — any change is confirmed by phone before you act on it, because that is the standard invoice-fraud pattern and a two-minute check prevents it.
Sampling
How sampling runs before you commit
- 01You send a tech pack, a sample garment, or both. A sketch with measurements is enough to start.
- 02We return a pre-production sample made in your fabric, so you approve the actual garment rather than a drawing.
- 03Every sample round is held as your reference file, so fit corrections carry forward instead of restarting.
- 04Written approval of the sample is what releases the order to bulk cutting.

- An AQL sampling check before packing, to the level agreed in your order.

Can I get samples before committing to a bulk run?
Yes. A pre-production sample is produced in your fabric and approved before cutting. It is the normal route, not an extra charge on the order.
Who handles US customs clearance and duty?
You or your freight forwarder does on delivery under your chosen incoterm. We supply commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates of origin. If you prefer a delivered-duty arrangement we can quote DDP, which puts the landed cost in one number.
What about country-of-origin marking?
US textile imports must be marked with their country of origin. We apply the marking you specify on the care label or hang tag to your instruction, and the label content is agreed at sample stage.
How do I protect payments?
The order runs on a deposit with the balance against original shipping documents. Any bank detail change we send is confirmed by phone before you act on it — that is the standard invoice-fraud pattern and it is worth a two-minute check.
Are lead times realistic over such a distance?
Quoted per style rather than assumed, because it depends on fabric availability and decoration. Air freight and express courier shorten transit; sea freight is the cost-efficient route for volume.
