Branding
Your label, on the garment, in the box.
A private label programme is not finished when the garment is sewn. Trims, labelling and packaging are produced alongside it at Eco Vira, so the brand identity is consistent from neck tag to carton, colour is matched once rather than five times, and nothing waits on a component arriving late from a separate vendor. You manage one supplier, one lead time and one invoice.

Neck Labels
The first thing a customer sees inside the garment, and the fastest way to remove any trace of a blank supplier. We produce woven sew-in labels, heat-transfer prints for tagless comfort, and direct screen-printed necks on cotton. Heat transfer is the usual choice for tees and activewear because it removes the itch point entirely while still carrying your logo, size and care line.
- Options
- Woven, heat transfer or screen print — logo, size tab, care symbols, QR
- Lead time
- From existing artwork: 0 days
Hang Tags
Your price point is argued on the hang tag before anyone reads the fabric composition. We print on FSC-certified board and uncoated kraft, with die-cut shapes, foil blocking, embossing, spot UV and your choice of string, safety pin or plastic barb. Barcode, RRP, SKU and country of origin are all set from your data file and proofed digitally before print.
- Options
- Kraft, coated, foil, emboss, spot UV, custom die-cut, string colour
- Lead time
- 7–10 days
Woven Labels
Damask and satin woven labels reproduce fine logo detail at small sizes where a print would blur, and they survive the life of the garment. Choose end-fold, centre-fold, mitre-fold, loop or straight-cut with heat-sealed edges, in up to eight thread colours. Ideal for side seams, back necks, cuffs and pocket flags where a permanent brand mark is expected.
- Options
- Damask or satin; end-fold, centre-fold, loop, mitre; up to 8 colours
- Lead time
- 10–14 days
Care Labels
Care labelling is a legal requirement in most import markets, and getting it wrong stops goods at customs. We produce compliant satin, nylon and cotton-tape care labels carrying fibre composition, wash and drying symbols, country of origin, importer details and multi-language text. We confirm the wording against your destination market before printing rather than after.
- Options
- Multi-language, ISO care symbols, RN/CE data, QR traceability
- Lead time
- 7–10 days
Packaging
Retail-ready packaging built around the folded dimensions of your actual garment, so nothing arrives crushed or rattling in an oversized box. We handle inner packing, size-ratio assortment, barcode placement, shipping marks and master carton specification to your DC manual, and supply the carton file with the shipment.
- Options
- Mailer, window box, bulk export carton, mixed-ratio assortment
- Lead time
- 14 days
Boxes
Rigid two-piece boxes, fold-flat mailers and sleeve constructions for gifting, subscription and premium retail. Printed CMYK or in spot colour with matte or soft-touch lamination, embossing, foil and custom internal inserts. A structural sample is produced and shipped for approval before the bulk run so you can check fit with the garment in hand.
- Options
- Rigid, fold-flat or sleeve; CMYK, spot, emboss, foil, printed insert
- Lead time
- 14–21 days
Polybags
Individual polybags printed with your logo, the required suffocation warning and any recycling mark your market demands, with self-seal or fold-over closure and venting holes where needed. Recycled LDPE, bio-based and home-compostable films are all available for brands reducing single-use plastic across the supply chain.
- Options
- Recycled LDPE, bio-based, compostable; printed warnings, vented, self-seal
- Lead time
- 14 days
Stickers
Brand stickers do quiet work: sealing tissue, closing a mailer, marking a size on a polybag or landing as a free extra in the box. Supplied die-cut to any shape in matte, gloss, kraft, clear or foil stock, on sheets or rolls, with variable data printing where each sticker needs a different size or SKU.
- Options
- Matte, gloss, kraft, clear or foil; die-cut, roll or sheet, variable data
- Lead time
- 7–10 days
Custom Inserts
Thank-you cards, brand story leaflets, care and sizing guides, discount codes and QR-linked booklets that turn a delivery into a brand moment and drive the second order. Printed on recycled or FSC board in your typeface and palette, packed into the garment at our floor so no extra fulfilment step is needed at your warehouse.
- Options
- Card, folded leaflet, booklet, QR reorder code, recycled or FSC stock
- Lead time
- 7–10 days

Private label — common questions
Will the Eco Vira name appear on my product?+
No. Only your branding is applied — woven and printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags, packaging and inserts all carry your name. Eco Vira is not marked on the garment or the box.
What is the private label minimum order?+
The entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour, the same as our standard clothing production, so you can launch a private label range without warehouse-filling quantities.
Can the packaging be sustainable?+
Yes. Recycled LDPE, bio-based and home-compostable polybags are available, plus FSC-certified and kraft board for tags, boxes and inserts.
Do you handle market-compliant care labelling?+
Yes. Care labels are written against your destination market (EU, UK, US or Gulf) covering fibre composition, wash symbols, country of origin and importer details, and proofed before print.
How long do trims and packaging take?+
Most printed and woven trims run in 7–14 days; rigid boxes and polybags 14–21 days. Trims are scheduled alongside garment production so nothing delays shipment.
