Fabric sourcing from audited mills: organic, recycled and certified fibres with chain-of-custody paperwork your claims require.
Fabric decides most of what a buyer cares about — hand-feel, drape, durability, shrinkage, colour fastness and roughly half the unit cost. As a sustainable clothing manufacturer we source organic cotton (GOTS), recycled polyester and recycled cotton (GRS), and cellulosics such as Tencel and Lyocell through textile mills we have visited and assessed before adding them to the approved list. Every incoming lot is checked for shade, weight, width and shrinkage before it reaches the cutting table, because a fabric fault found in QC is a fabric fault paid for twice. Certified fibres ship with chain-of-custody documentation, so a sustainability claim printed on your label is backed by paper we can produce on demand for a retailer or an auditor.
