Embellishment & Printing
In-house screen, digital and sublimation printing plus multi-head embroidery and bonded trims — one supplier for both garment and decoration.
All decoration runs inside our own factory: manual and automatic screen printing, direct-to-garment digital, sublimation for polyester sportswear, multi-head embroidery, appliqué and bonded or welded trims. Keeping printing and embroidery in-house matters commercially, not just logistically — when the print house and the clothing manufacturer are the same company, there is no dispute over whether a cracked print was the ink, the cure or the fabric, and registration, hand-feel and wash-fastness are controlled end to end. Every artwork goes through a strike-off and approval loop before bulk decoration begins, inks and adhesives meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and wash-test reports are available on request so you can validate durability against your labelled care instructions.
