Cut & Sew

Full-package OEM cut, make and trim for knit and woven garments — graded pattern to finished, inspected, pressed and poly-bagged unit.

Cut and sew is the core of our work as a garment manufacturer. Our lines handle knit and woven constructions with single-ply and multi-ply lay planning, and CAD marker nesting that holds fabric utilisation above 90% — the single largest controllable cost in most apparel production. Every bundle carries a ticket from spreading through sewing to finishing, so any quality claim can be traced back to the operator, machine, shift and fabric lot that produced it. We build to your tech pack as an OEM clothing manufacturer, or develop the construction with you where the specification is incomplete. Orders start at 30 pieces per style and colour and scale to full container loads on the same lines, under the same inspection standard, with your brand labels applied in-house.

Benefits

What this changes for your business.

  • High fabric yield

CAD marker nesting and single-ply cutting on knits holds utilisation above 90%, lowering the cost per unit you actually pay for.

  • Traceable quality

Bundle tickets link every defect to operator, machine and lot, so claims are resolved in hours, not weeks.

  • Flexible volume

Lines run from 30-piece development batches up to full container load production without a re-setup or a change in inspection standard.

  • Brand-ready finishing

Pressing, poly-bagging and carton planning are built into the line, not bolted on afterwards.

Start with a sample, not a commitment.

Send your design, tech pack or reference garment and we will return costing, fabric options and a sampling timeline. Bulk production starts at 30 pieces per style and colour, so you can prove the product in market before scaling it.
