Knitwear
Flat and circular knitting for jersey, ribs, fleece and structured knits including fully-fashioned panels, from organic and recycled yarns.
Eco Vira knits on both circular and flat machines, covering single jersey, rib, interlock, French terry and fleece, plus fully-fashioned panels that are shaped to pattern and therefore generate far less off-cut waste than cutting knits from roll. As a textile manufacturer as well as a garment factory, we develop yarn, gauge and finish with you — organic cotton, recycled polyester, Tencel and merino blends — and prove the hand-feel on a knitted swatch before any bulk yarn is committed. Shade consistency across repeat orders is managed through a colour library keyed to your approved standards, which is what allows a buyer to reorder a core style in season three and receive the same garment as season one.

Sampling & Development
Pattern making, proto, fit and sales samples with a documented make-sheet, so bulk apparel production is a controlled repeat rather than a re-invention.

Sustainable Materials
Fabric sourcing from audited mills: organic, recycled and certified fibres with chain-of-custody paperwork your claims require.
Start with a sample, not a commitment.
Send your design, tech pack or reference garment and we will return costing, fabric options and a sampling timeline. Bulk production starts at 30 pieces per style and colour, so you can prove the product in market before scaling it.
