Knitwear

Flat and circular knitting for jersey, ribs, fleece and structured knits, including fully-fashioned panels and trims.

Eco Vira knits on both circular and flat machines, covering single jersey, rib, interlock, French terry and fleece, plus fully-fashioned panels for reduced make-up waste. We develop the yarn and gauge with you — organic cotton, recycled polyester, Tencel and merino blends — and hold shade consistency through a managed colour library across repeats.

Benefits

What this changes for your operation.

  • Lower make-up waste

Fully-fashioned knitting shapes panels to pattern, cutting off-cut scrap versus cut-and-sew knits.

  • Shade consistency

A managed colour library keeps lots matching across re-orders and seasons.

  • Material range

Organic, recycled and blended yarns developed with your sustainability targets in mind.

  • Vertical speed

Knitting, linking and finishing under one roof removes a hand-off from the critical path.
