Quality control at Eco Vira starts before cutting and ends at the sealed carton. Incoming fabric and trims are inspected for shade, weight and defects; in-line checkpoints on the sewing floor catch construction drift at the operator rather than at the end of the shift; and every lot is inspected to AQL — 2.5 by default, tightened to your standard on request — before it is packed. Measurement checks are run against the sealed reference garment, not against memory. Alongside product quality we maintain the social and chemical compliance records buyers are increasingly required to show: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH and amfori BSCI. Inspection reports, defect analysis and compliance files ship with the order rather than being assembled after an auditor asks for them.
