Challenge
The constraint
Kellermann needed a recycled-content workwear line with logos applied consistently across the run, and documentation ready before a customer safety audit.
Approach
What we did
We sourced GRS-certified fabric through audited mills, cut and sewed the line, and ran all logo embroidery in-house so registration and hand-feel were controlled end to end. Chain-of-custody shipped with the order.
Result
What it delivered
6,000 units delivered ten days ahead of the audit, with embroidery registration held across the entire run and the compliance pack accepted first time.
