Healthcare & Medical Uniforms
Scrubs, lab coats and patient wear built for industrial laundering, hygiene protocols and multi-year re-order programmes.
Healthcare apparel is judged on how it looks after the two-hundredth wash. We produce scrubs, lab coats, theatre wear, patient gowns and care-home uniforms in poly-cotton and antimicrobial-finished fabrics engineered for high-temperature industrial laundering. Colour coding by department, reinforced stress points, secure pocketing, embroidered or heat-transferred identification and full graded size runs are standard, with the same specification held for years so replacement stock matches what is already in circulation.

Constraints
What actually binds in this sector.
Industrial laundering
High-temperature washing destroys ordinary construction.
Hygiene requirements
Fabric finish and seam design affect infection control.
Department colour coding
Shades must match exactly across separate order cycles.
Long programme life
Replacements ordered in year four must match year one.
Applied capability
Disciplines we bring to this sector.
- 01
Cut & Sew
Full-package OEM cut, make and trim for knit and woven garments — from graded pattern and first marker to a finished, inspected, pressed and poly-bagged unit.
- 03
Embellishment & Printing
In-house screen, digital and sublimation printing plus multi-head embroidery and bonded trims — one supplier accountable for both the garment and the decoration on it.
- 08
Quality & Compliance
Incoming, in-line and final AQL inspection plus social and chemical compliance — with the documentation brand and retailer audits ask for.
- 07
Packaging & Fulfilment
Finishing, labelling, recyclable and compostable packaging, carton planning and export shipping — goods arrive shelf-ready or warehouse-ready, not re-work-ready.
