Sector 07
Luxury & Premium Labels
Low-volume, high-specification apparel production where finish, hand-feel and tolerance are judged at arm’s length.
Luxury buyers are not purchasing capacity, they are purchasing precision. We produce premium knitwear, tailored jersey and elevated woven pieces in short runs against tightened tolerances, inspected at AQL 1.5 with dedicated senior operators on the line. Fine-gauge yarns, hand-finished detailing, taped and bound seams, custom trims and branded packaging are handled inside the same garment factory, so the finish that sells the garment is never subcontracted to a third party.

Constraints
What actually binds in this sector.
Tolerance discipline
A 1 cm drift that passes on a basic tee fails on a premium garment.
Low volume, high spec
Short runs must still receive full development attention.
Finish and hand-feel
Pressing, trims and packaging carry the perceived value.
Exclusivity
Patterns, fabrics and trims must remain the brand’s alone.
Applied capability
Disciplines we bring to this sector.
- 01
Cut & Sew
Full-package OEM cut, make and trim for knit and woven garments — from graded pattern and first marker to a finished, inspected, pressed and poly-bagged unit.
- 02
Knitwear
Flat and circular knitting for jersey, ribs, fleece and structured knits, including fully-fashioned panels and trims.
- 04
Sampling & Development
Pattern making, proto, fit and sales samples with a documented make-sheet, so bulk apparel production is a controlled repeat rather than a re-invention.
- 05
Private Label & White Label
Private label and white label programmes: proven construction blocks, your fabric, trims and branding, our factory — launch a line without building one.
