Challenge
The constraint
Peñarroya needed forty thousand promotional garments carrying eleven separate designs, split into consignments for six event cities, all landing on fixed dates. Any slippage would leave a launch event with no merchandise, and any colour drift between cities would be visible in the campaign photography.
Approach
What we did
Garments were produced on our own cut-and-sew lines from a single fabric lot so the base colour was identical across all six consignments. Eleven designs were struck off within 48 hours and approved digitally, then printed on automatic screen carousels with Pantone-matched inks and cure temperature logged per shift. Cartons were planned and labelled by destination city during packing rather than sorted afterwards, and freight was booked against each event date with a buffer. Total elapsed time from artwork approval to final despatch was twenty-six days.
Result
What it delivered
All forty thousand units were despatched on schedule and every city received its correct consignment first time, with no re-sorting required on arrival. Print colour was consistent across all eleven designs and six destinations, and Peñarroya has run the same programme structure for two campaign cycles since.

Embellishment & Printing
In-house screen, digital and sublimation printing plus multi-head embroidery and bonded trims — one supplier for both garment and decoration.

Finishing, labelling, recyclable and compostable packaging, carton planning and export shipping — goods arrive shelf-ready, not re-work-ready.
- 04
Sampling & Development
Pattern making, proto, fit and sales samples with a documented make-sheet, so bulk apparel production is a controlled repeat rather than a re-invention.
