The constraint
Peñarroya needed dozens of designs applied to garments and delivered to multiple event cities on a fixed schedule.
Approach
What we did
We produced the garments on our cut-and-sew line and applied logos via in-house screen, DTG and embroidery, with strike-offs approved in 48 hours and cartons planned per destination.
Result
What it delivered
Forty thousand promotional tees across multiple designs were struck off in 48 hours and despatched on time to every event location.
