A mill you have visited and assessed is a mill you can put your name to. A mill three tiers deep that "supplies through a trader" is a liability you have outsourced to someone you have never met.

How we run it
Our approved mill list is audited before entry, not after a problem. Certified fibre programmes run through those mills, and the documentation that ships with your order names them.
