    Private-Label Launch

    From a sketch or reference garment to a branded, shipped line — without you owning a factory.

      Tech pack or reference garment reviewed; construction route and materials confirmed with a gap analysis.

    2. 02

      Sample & Seal

      5–10 days

      Proto, fit and salesman’s samples produced; a sealed reference garment and make-sheet are written for bulk.

    3. 03

      Cost & Contract

      2–4 days

      Costed bill of materials and firm quote; MOQ and re-order terms set so scaling is a repeat.

    4. 04

      Produce & Despatch

      4–6 weeks

      Cut, sew, finish, brand and ship to your DC or 3PL, with the compliance pack in the carton.

    Seasonal Collection Production

    Multi-style seasonal runs with development up front and re-order consistency that protects the brand promise.

    OutcomeSeasonal lead times of 4–6 weeks with 1:1 repeat-to-sample match across re-orders.

      Range Development

      All styles sampled, fitted and sealed together so the range is construction-consistent.

    2. 02

      Bulk Production

      4–6 weeks

      Lay planning, cutting, sewing and finishing on tracked lines with in-line checkpoints.

    3. 03

      Inspection & Pack

      3–5 days

      Final AQL inspection to your standard and retail-ready carton planning.

      Re-Order Programme

      Ongoing

      Sealed references retained; repeat lots matched to the original sample and shade library.

    Organic and recycled fibre programmes with the documentation audits expect, not a certificate issued after the fact.

      Certified Production

      Production run with chain-of-custody tracked from certified fibre to finished carton.

      Documentation

      GOTS / GRS files, test reports and care-label evidence assembled for the auditor.

      Re-order documentation maintained so every lot stays claim-ready.

    Promotional & Event Run

    Multi-design customised runs with fast strike-offs and on-time despatch to distributed event locations.

    OutcomeCampaign runs delivered on time across multiple designs and locations, with registration held throughout.

    1. 01

      Artwork & Strike-off

      1–2 days

      Logos and placements approved with a 48-hour strike-off.

    2. 02

      Produce & Embellish

      2–4 weeks

      Cut-and-sew plus in-house screen, DTG or embroidery applied to spec.

    3. 03

      Distribute

      2–4 days

      Cartons planned and despatched to each event location on a fixed schedule.
